Yes against Jason Lehoullier. Its humbling but once you get your mind of the word pro, and start to just do your thing as if its any other dude in the gym, then its just becomes good sparring and great work to get it.
ive gotten in the ring with a pro once. i think my main problem was not letting my hands go and lack of pressure. even tho he was a pro I should had reminded myself hes human also. livershots are painful.

Yes. It's fun. It's not any different then regualr sparring, except that the pro is likely better then the usual partner. Although that is not always the case. It feels good when you realize you can hang in there with a pro.
