    What was it like?

Did it make you re-evaluate anything?

Yes, once. It made me realize that throwing my jab without consistently hiding my chin with my shoulder is really stupid

Yes against Jason Lehoullier. Its humbling but once you get your mind of the word pro, and start to just do your thing as if its any other dude in the gym, then its just becomes good sparring and great work to get it.

ive gotten in the ring with a pro once.

i think my main problem was not letting my hands go and lack of pressure.

even tho he was a pro I should had reminded myself hes human also.

    livershots are painful.

were you just unable to hold in a fart, or did you actually hit him?

Several. Most recently, a kid named Enrique Rios when I was living in Orlando, Florida. He could have kicked my ass, but luckily, he isn't one of those kind of guys who is only about making himself look good, so he took it easy on me.

Yep. Harry Arroyo and few other Y-town pros. The hardest I was ever hit was by Harry.

All the time, but I take it easy on them. Then afterwards I do a few 500lb bench presses and then get in my Ferrari, drive back to my mansion and bang a load of super models.

Yes. It's fun. It's not any different then regualr sparring, except that the pro is likely better then the usual partner. Although that is not always the case.
It feels good when you realize you can hang in there with a pro.
