Pac will destroy the overrated Mexican. Why don't people understand that Margarito is nothing without his plaster? Did you see how he fought in the Mosley fight? Did you see how he fought in the Garcia fight? He lost to a shot Mosley, who lost to mere American-level opponent Miguel Cotto. Margarito is a journeyman without his plaster.

 

The margo was wrapped up when he fought cintron and cotto.

 

Tony late round stoppage, I just think he's going to be able to walk through some of Manny's shots, assuming he can get Manny to be a somewhat stationary target I think he can hurt him. I think Pac's pride is going to hurt him in this fight, he's not going to be defensive enough, and I think he's going to try to use the same formula that he's used in the Hatton, Cotto, Oscar fights and while extremely effective in those instances, I think Tony is a different animal.

 

Mosley would have beat the **** out of Margarito steroids or no steroids. Margarito sucks. He made Williams look like Pernell Whitaker. Imagine what Pacquaio will do.

Another thread to be busted to dust. Margarito's punching power is under serious doubts after the hand wrapping affair and he didn't knock out his last opponent in Mexico ( why would he knock out Pacquiao?). Margarito's solid chin is not under suspicion but his ability to take bombs ( such as from Shane and Pac) is not- he cracks like he did in the Staples, even after being rescued by his corner and the ref, fell to pieces twice after overhand rights and solid left hooks in close and with his back to the ropes. B'sides, Pacquiao's punching speed and accuracy is much above Tony's and Tony's defence is porous and questionable. People expect Pacquiao to run out of steam at this weight class and after pounding Tony after six rounds but I believe Tony will have to come out of a shell under serious fire to impress the judges and win some from that point on. My take is that this is to be a Clottey-Margarito kinda fight with Tony not making a sound comeback ( no more than 3 rounds).
