I'd avoid Wlad like the plague in the ring but keep talking **** about him because that's what my dumbass Brit fans love to hear.

I wouldn't pick any of the options you offered. I would keep letting the Klitschko's talk about me in their press conferences because it would give me publicity, and any publicity is good publicity. I would keep fighting easy fights with big, old names and make a lot of money, meanwhile the Klits are still talking about me and calling me out. Then when I have made millions, I would finally take the risk and fight one of the Klits for a LOT more money. If I lose then fine, I have achieved all my dreams AND made as much money as I could from boxing. I can retire a happy man. If I win, then I would fight the other Klit for even MORE money and, win or lose, retire a happy man.

I would NOT fight the Klits asap because if I lose then I will not be a draw anymore and I wouldnt make nearly as much from boxing as I potentially could!!!.....

......this is Hayes plan and I would do exactly the same!!! :good

Trust me we don't. It was funny when he started this **** because he looked serious and it appeared it would all lead to a showdown with one of the brothers, then maybe the other.

Now he can go **** himself, I won't part with cash to see him fight anyone other than a Klit now. If everyone did the same he might just take a fight worth paying for but no, the casual fans will line his pockets and he might think "hang on, this is ****ing easy money. What are Julius Francis and Danny Williams doing this March?"

first part - david believes he is the champ, and you should put yourself in his shoes. looking from the inside out, not the outside in.

plus using that criteria to discredit his belts, wlad is also a paper champ.

second part - again we all know what he should do, he should do anything to fight wlad. but what would you do? YOU.

nah we dont. after the frst year maybe, but now we are just sick of it lol. ill watch him vs audley because it as at the m.e.n. and it is local to me, not because im a big haye fan.

i actually want harrison to win.

but if i was haye i would also avoid them like the plague. then again i aint a fighter. im a teacher.

    :thumbsup

I'd add that whether he should fight a Klitschko soon depends alot on whether he thinks he could beat the WBA mandatory (Chagaev or Boystov I guess).

If he feels his chances in that fight are 50/50 or less he may as well cash out against a Klitschko now. If he fancies himself to remain WBA champ, then why not wait another year and hope Wlad softens up.

On the other hand, maybe he could still get a fight with a Klitschko after a loss, but probably with less favorable terms.

it is interesting how as fans we all want the fight now, but when you dig deeper, a lot appreciate why it hasnt.

as you say the wlad fight is effectively him cashing out his chips.

nah thats an extreme. he would be more relevant with the klitschko's. but he isnt irrelevant without them.

anyways thats prob being discussed on a different thread, this is aboutmaking the choice yourself. cos no way in hell would i get in a ring with either klitschko

He'd be relevant but he wouldn't be a ppv fighter, no way. I voted "avoid the Klitschkos" because let's face it, his mouth running exercise has fooled a lot of people into thinking he's something special so he can now get away with fighting the Audleys of the world all the while implying that the Klits are ducking him. If I was David Haye I would be a money grabbing businessman first and boxer second so of course this is what I'd do.

hmmmm i disagree with that, most premier english fighters become ppv fighters by default. its just the way it usually goes.

im glad you empathise with haye. as i said, id be content just filling the bank account.
