Where the hell did kostya tszyu web by go?

Along with his career, nobody knows........

 

I think he slammed the door & pelted the key, over the Johnny Lewis memoir.:roll:

 

I've not read the book yet...what could Johnny Lewis say that would compels him to close a website?

 

I don't know if it was the book itself, but one of the main topics in the book was KT's financial treatment of John.
Someone reported that it was hotly discussed by the Tszyu crew in their forum & the next thing it was missing.

I never saw any of the debating or what was said so I'm only trying to stitch a reason together with what I heard.

As far as I know, he's in the Ukraine hosting a Contender series there.
That's what I heard at the ABHOF annual induction night where he was inducted himself.
Sadly he never left any comments or absentee message regarding his elevation, which I thought was pretty remiss of him.

 

I never saw the thread in the forum over there, before the place went down.

I Just finished Lewis book.

And the whole time in all KT's career i felt Johnny was negative towards him.

With all those Lewis stories and how the book was up and down all over the place.
It sounded as if Johnny was very bitter towards him cos of the money issue.
Did Kostya really pull the website down because of the book and it being discussed.
**** it i liked his website.

 

I started the thread in KT'S site and most of the discussion was about the fact that only 1 side of the story had been told and that it will be interesting to see Kostyas side of the story.
I'm not sure if things got out of control on the thread but the next day i tried to go to the site and it was down.
I reckon "buster" and "vores" will be spewing!

 

Rumor has it the site was taken offline due to unpaid hosting fees. Not paying those fees may have had something to do with the book. It might also be noted that signups were closed about a week after the book come out which is a first for KTs site.

I miss the site, i particlarly got excited to see the Tszyu vs TBA, it always got my juices flowing with excitment i just couldnt work out who TBA was or when the fight would take place! Im still trying to figure it out :huh

 

i was a member there years ago when John Howard was PM.that Vores **** was annoying starting political threads in the boxing section.

The closing of the site had nothing to do with Lewis's book. I knew quite a while beforehand that the site was going. That topic never got out of hand and when i spoke to Kostya about the topic, he was happy with what the Tszyu Crew were writing.There could be another site coming soon ( Nothing confirmed as of yet )

 

Oh, you mean TCBoxa/Ty Cerminara once again had absolutely no idea about a situation he was commenting on?

 

I didnt follow the thread however signups did close shortly after it sprung up. Its strange you say you knew the site was going to go because it would be normal cortesy for KT to send out an email to his members letting them know, its a bit out of the norm for ANYONE but the webmaster to have known.

I cant say who i spoke to unless i get the ok but he spoke to the webmaster after the site went down and he was told it was offline due to unpaid hosting fees, these fees are paid usually each month, shared servers have them per year but KTs shouldnt have been on a shared server as it wouldnt be able to take the load.

Did someone tell you KT was going to stop paying the hosting fees?
