    Of course, there are not 24 world champions in Québec, we're 7.5 millions! Actually, if you do the maths, you'll see there are a lot of good fighters for the size of the population. And WTF? Chuvalo fought in the 60s and Lewis has more natonalities than the number of hairs I have on my ass!:blurp

    No, seriously, when was the last time you heard of boxing on TSN or read about it in a Canadian journal? At least there's a media coverage of boxing here in Québec (proportionally, it's way more important than in the USA). Oh, and do you think they could draw lets say 16 00 people for a boxing match in Ontario? I'm not so sure about that!:hi:

    It's for the 160lb WBC International title Lemieux won against Ayala.

    Irving Garcia is actually a very good test for a prospect. This is probably an improvement.

    I agree, IB. Irving Garcia doesn't have much of a chin and has been stopped frequently, but usually against guys with more power than Decarie, so I could see a nice little fight here. Garcia dropped Carlos Abregu twice if I remember correctly, and Abregu has a solid chin

    I think it's still on SecondsOutTV.com. Anyway, only the Lemieux fight will be on ESPN3 while the Decarie fight will also be on SecondsOutTV.
