Even if he did have an alt, can you blame him?

Because the moment his original account (Lazarus) was suspended by a snitch, Laz created a temprorary account and immediately made it known to everyone that it was him. But little did he know, the same snitch who ratted his Lazarus account, would then rat on his temprorary account too, consequently having that deleted.

So even if he was Lexar, I don't blame him one bit for continuing to deny it. Because the moment he admitted to it, he would have been banned again.

Rico you are wrong. The alt he turned up on was registered in January I think, and already had like 80 posts. All in Khan threads, some the same as Lazarus himself, quoting his own posts on different accouts. That is strange behaviour.

By coming back on two accounts after being banned, Laz showed he would clearly never honor a ban bet, therefore the bet is void. It's a simple as that.
