AA's biggest supporter here and I am TRULY disgusted by his comments, I saw the clip yesterday and I could not believe my ears! Arthur seemed like a nice guy outside of the ring and I truly think Sauerland is probably feeding him this Direll is acting BS! Then again he was quoted on T.V. how he wished Direll was not seriously hurt. Now this??????
Now on the flipside, my question to you is, Direll BLATANTLY, also hit a man down, MUCH more HARDER then AA's shot to himself, do you condemn Direll as much as you do Arthur? Just because Direll's opponent did not end up in the hospital(thank GOD of course), do you think Direll is also a vile human being for hitting a man after CLEARLY knocking him down?
My prediction from the beginning was Arthur's only difficult fight would be Direll(who I am a new fan of and wish the best by the way). I stand by my prediction, AA will be the last man standing !
    WAR DOUBLE A:bbb!!!!!!

Have anybody seen those alleged medical reports? The punch didn´t appear to be that heavy, but of course it´s possible to get neurological damage from a blow to the back of your head.

When I saw the fight I thought emediatly that Dirrell was faking, but if it´s true that he got severe brain damage, then it´s a hole different situation.

If this brain damage would´ve been true, why was it announced months after the illegal blow?

All the best for Dirrell if he´s injured. If he´s spreading lies to save his rep for not taking a fight with Ward, then we have another Mayweather in the game spitting venom about other boxers.

Froch is still going to win AA in 27.11.2010!

I think Dirrell was faking, but Abraham committed a no-no. Never hit a man while he's down. Jones did it, and got DQ'd. AA did it and should've gotten DQ'd as he did.

Anyone who thinks Dirrell was faking in the ring is a ****ing idiot. He exhibited all the classic signs of severe head trauma. I doubt the guy can voluntarily make his leg twitch that way. Christ's sake. ...

And Abraham can go **** himself. I'd have forgiven him if he owned up to his mistake, but instead he refuses to back down from his machismo. I can't wait one day to see this ******* drinking his meals through a straw.

I hope Froch sends him out on a stretcher.

This from a forum member with 4,737 posts wishes a boxer who made the mistake of hitting a downed man, that has been committed COUNTLESS times throughout boxing history.
    ESB should be proud!
Karma is a ***** you self righteous ****! I would not wish that on an enemy much less a boxer I have never met!
DIRELLL himself would probably not agree with you!
No wonder I don't visit ESB as much as I used too:dead

**** off. I'm more willing than most to forgive, but Abraham hasn't asked for it. If he said, "I feel I would have won the fight but made the mistake and got disqualified," that's okay by me. People make mistakes.

But if you damage a man to that extent due to a foul, and then that person ends up missing seven-figure paydays possibly (probably?) as a result of that foul, and possibly is affected for life, and then you brag about it, you are a piece of **** and deserve the very worst.

I'll admit it's fairly provocative to wish injury on any fighter and, in truth, I never desire to see anyone get seriously hurt. But I'm less rational when it comes to Abraham because I believe he truly is an arrogant, deluded lowlife based on the way he has responded to his transgression.

Look at the remorse expressed by other fighters who damaged opponents, and most of those didn't break any rules. Abraham is a despicable human being.

Arthur Abraham and Kalle Sauerland do not have a great track record. I first realized there was a problem with this duo When I saw how much help AA got from the ringside doctor and the referee during the first Miranda fight.

The next clue was the Zuniga/Demers title eliminator. Demers pulled out due to an injury, there by eliminating himself. In spite of the fact that Zuniga was ready, and had even vacated his IBO SMW title to move back to 160, for some reason Arthur was allowed to make a voluntary defense against Elvin Ayala instead of fighting the rightful mandatory.

Next came the period of constantly running his mouth about Pavlik. Abraham and Sauerland talked non-stop in the press, but behind the scenes they consistently made ridiculous demands. The final demand was for a $2 million dollar guarantee. Sauerland admited to both Dan Rafeal and Steve Bunce he never offered Pavlik a fight in Germany, and he admitted the demand for the $2 million dollar guarantee to Bunce. At the end of the day Sauerland claimed he was in New York to negotiate a Pavlik/Abraham fight. What he was really doing was helping set-up the American portion of the super six. A tournament Arthur new full well he was going to be included in.

And then, we all saw Arthur Abraham **** his fist back and slam Dirrell while the man was clearly down. Now we see that Dirrell's injuries do not weigh on Arthur's conscience at all.

These are two of the most dishonest and under handed people in boxing today. Their track record verifies that claim.

I agree they should learn a thing or two from upstanding and honest promoters like Bob Arum and Oscar De La Hoya:roll:

AA may have thought Dirrel was faking it after the fight and in the press conference but after what has happened since he may have changed his mind.

Obviously we don't know for sure what AA is thinking, only he knows, but if he still insists Dirrel is faking then he is either rather cynical and callous or deep down he knows he ****ed up and has hurt Dirrel but is to proud to admit it.

Maybe lying to himself is easier for him than admitting the truth, which is he got completely out classed and committed a despicable act that has damaged a fellow professional.

Yeah, just because Froch says so, AA is proud of sabotaging his own chance of a legit KO win late in the fight. :patsch

AA is one of the most humble guys in the sport, unfortunately even the humble ones make stupid mistakes, but at least he got his deserved loss unlike big mouth Crotch, who acts as if he holds a legit victory over Andre (he does not). AA did a stupid thing, paid for it, and now back with a vengeange to show you guys how he really does, putting this mistake behind.

BTW, there's an incredible irony around the whole situation. Andre Dirrell pulls out of the 'buddy fight' claiming uncheckable 'nerve problems' and saying AA should be kicked out - and by pulling out, he's letting Sakio Bika to fight his best friend, the Sakio Bika who's coming from a DQ loss because he punched his opponent on the floor! The nerves!

Check out Benn in the Barkley fight. Nigel was just one of those guys that had bad brakes. There's so many guys like that, most of them punchers.
