Why does Teddy Atlas hate Pacquaio?

All things considered, picking against Pacquiao for the last few years isn't exactly crazy.

 

He actually picked Hatton too!

I don't know but it seems that he jinxes Pac's opponent. So In a way, he is free to pick Pac's opponent.

 

Atlas loves to pick the opponent which most see as the underdog. Then when the underdog does win Atlas can say "Ah look, what did I tell you! I'm so smart!!"

Problem is most of the times the underdog doesn't win and Teddy looks like a complete idiot.

 

teddy is str8 up, he picked manny to beat oscar and hatton. so he truely going off his boxing knowledge. just because someone doesnt kiss manny's ass doesnt mean they dislike him. As far as the PED bandwagon all he said was that it sounded funny that they would send these emails saying what they did and not take this test. which is true.

 

erhmm... wasn't Pacquiao the underdog except for his last 4 or 5 fights? Teddy hated pacquiao way before I think

The guy on the far right is Teddy Atlas in case you don't know. He picked Hatton to win.

 

Yes he did pick Manny to beat Oscar, but then again he does hate Oscar too. But, he actually picked Hatton to beat Manny. Then when Manny destroys Hatton, Teddy's like "Of course Pacquiao was going to win. Hatton's shot".

The dude knows his ****, but when he decides he doesn't like a fighter, he can be a *****. The ghost emails about Pac's PEDs was ridiculous. To this day he hasn't bothered releasing them.

Why he doesn't like him? I really don't know.

 

He's clearly trying to distort the odds.

I heard Atlas also did the same with Oscar. But since Atlas pick Pac against Oscar, we can say Atlas hates Oscar more.

 

Because Teddy's a trainer who's job is to analyze opponents weakness & strengths...
He see's a possible weak point + adds in the opposing opponents strengths = A POSSIBLE outcome.

That's it, He is not Nostradamus, He is ****en guy like us who gives his opinion.
& guess what, sometimes he is wrong & other times his strategy works.

 

There are people in this world who "look racist" and actually "are racist". Teddy Atlas, with his melted face and sinister scar, not only looks racist, but probably is racist.

Why racism? This flies in the face of Teddy's work with Tyson, Moorer and all the other fighters he trained. People are always too early to bring race into the equation.
