Against my better judgement I watched the whole thing and there is absolutely zero information or insight. The whole point is: Pacquiao eats 7k calories when training and Karceno, in all his infinite wisdom, thinks that is too much. So you're an expert in training and nutrition now? Get off Floyd's ball sack and stop trying to discredit Pacquiao anyway you can. You just make yourself look even more like a pathetic, insecure *****.
so you knew eric morales blamed him for his lost and he was blackballed from the sport? but anyway unless your a champion swimmer 7000 calories is high. heavyweight bodybuilders take 3500 calories a day and they are 250 to 300lbs
Well I am a personal trainer and licensed in nutrition and I can tell you that eating 7000 calories day is a lot even for an athlete! The only people that I know eating that much are people using Ped's or steroids. You don't put on that size and not carry any type of fat on your body. I could really brek it down but whats the point cause this thread is just going to turn into name calling bull**** by everyone!
****ing hell...(No sumo) :rofl:rofl:rofl:good I'd be hard pressed to call these guys athletes, it's like darts...I don't know how people can call them athletes and darts a sport. They stand there getting pissed whilst throwing objects at the wall. It does go to show that skinny people are better than fat people 99.9% of the time. P.S. You mind giving me an example of using...(No sumo)...please, I will definitely be using it again. :good
You know the difference between boxing and Bodybuilding don't you? You do realize how many calories you burn during boxing training don't you?...especially when you are fighting above your natural weight class...
I lost it within 30 seconds when he says "nutritional science ... whatever that means!" and then SUSPISION popped up on the screen
Ariza was new to the sport then. He may have improved and refined his methods since then. Also some methods just aren't suited to some athletes. Just like world class trainers in various sports are not always suited to training certain athletes, certain good training methods are not suited for everyone. I don't know much about bodybuilders so i can't comment with any accuracy but i would have thought that they would have taken on more calories than that. If not then i presume then that they have to eat that much every day all year round? Also, would bodybuilders do less cardio than Pac? Would this explain why they don't burn as much calories? Like i say i don't know much about bodybuilding so if you or someone else could explain this i would be grateful.
