What shot-to-pieces or untalented and flawed pro do you think you could have beaten?

Well if you weren't used to getting hit, sure, maybe. If somebody had done enough sparring though that they were used to getting hit, defending themselves and able to stay solid and pick there shots with good technique, then they'd pick that absolute mess of a fighter apart.

 

That doesn't mean you can knock him out, does it? He's outboxed far better and far quicker fighters than you and they haven't been able to land power punches, what makes you think you would? I would still bet that he'd stop you, even if he doesn't knock you cold. You'd be utterly outclassed.

 

eight inches in height and significantly greater strength than any 105 lb fighter. But yes, the skill differential is huge. I just don't think they are that much quicker, I have always been the quickest guy in the ring even when I've sparred with pros. Just obviously never been in with pac or khan, but significantly faster than Auggie Sanchez. Its just he hit too damned hard. bleh.

 

Honestly? And I hate to say it, but Ali looked like absolute **** against Holmes. Holmes pulling his punches is the only reason Ali wasn't KO'd in the first minute of the fight. I think even I could have beaten him that night...

Kevin Kelly went down just about every time Barrera breathed on him. I coulda beaten Kelly that night.

 

I would comprehensively outbox Dirrell, Ward, Alexander, Bradley, Dawson, Hopkins, Cloud, Jones, Toney, Wilder, and Cunningham, but soundly lose to the Euro-level challengers who dominate the sport today.

Dont want to brag but I would knock down Calzaghe first round then school him for another 10 and then finish him off in the 12 with a solid flush body shot followed with an uppercut.

 

I think the fighter he was meant to fight may have pulled out at the last minute,therefore instead of disappointing the fans,they decided to get the drunkest person in the arena and give him a pair of gloves :deal

 

I don't care how many inches in height you had. Look at Cazares. He was significantly bigger than Calderon in terms of height and natural weight and he got handled. And he's a true world level boxer. You aren't. Sorry. You'd probably be blowing after about 5 rounds chasing him around the ring while he picks you apart. That's like me saying I could beat him because I've got 9 inches in height on him and about 40lbs. Not gonna happen, is it?
