Jack Johnson would get pounded by even the lowliest of today's heavies. Gene Tunney was closer in terms of today's styles and techniques than SRR. Ali lost to Norton all three times; should have 9-10 loses instead of 5 if you count all his gift decisions.
Is this controversial for the sake of being edgy, or do you genuinely believe that Jack Johnson would lose to say, a Tomasz Adamek or Chris Arreola?
Prime Tua would murder prime Joe Frazier. Ok, that is only controversial to old timer fanatics. Tua who slugged it out with Ibeabuchi would take Joe's best shot. But we all know Joe can not reciprocate the favor. Tua KO5 Joe Frazier.
SOMETHING MOST WOULD DEEM CONTROVERSIAL, BUT YOU THINK TO BE TRUE. Yes, Adamek and Arreola would murder Jack J.
Audley Harrison is the best heavyweight ever. Fighting Weight isn't a serial killer who preys on prostitutes Pacquiao got them roids Margarito should be allowed to fight
I genuinely believe that the top fighters of the 40s/50s/60s/70s were streets ahead of the fighters of the 2000s in terms of skills. So many people believe that because the fighters of nowadays drink Gatorade and have their own gyms, then they are automatically vastly superior fighters... to guys who fought 15 rounds once a month or more against the very very best fighters in the world every year! You watch Jersey Joe Walcott on video, then Wladimir Klitschko, and tell me who is the more skilled, more high-level fighter. You watch Ray Robinson on video, then Shane Mosley, and tell me who is the more skilled, more high-level fighter. Boxing is not tennis or athletics. In tennis, the top players now are much better than the top players of yesteryear because of advances in technology and sports science. In athletics, the only goal is physical supremacy, so obviously pursuit of one single goal is easier to advance than something as complex as boxing. Boxing involves the physical side and the skill side. Kelly Pavlik and Joe Calzaghe may be fitter and stronger than Tony Canzoneri and Jose Napoles (I say "may", because I'm not convinced but am happy to play devil's advocate here), but technically they are miles behind them.
So you want us to say stuff to **** people off? Ok. Butterbean would of been the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world in 1920. He also would of been a double athlete like Bo Jackson in 2 sports by being champion in hotdog eating contest. Since the Klits are virtually unstoppable today, then Arreola gets a draw against Ali. Floyd is not undefeated. He got a gift decision against Castillo who had 4 losses when they fought. Julio Cesar Chavez is not the greatest Mexican fighter. Salvador Sanchez is. Beat more ATG's than Chavez did. That's why Chavez said he was the best Mexican fighter of his era, not of all time. Sanchez shared Fighter of the Year honors with Sugar Ray Leonard. Carlos Monzon is the greatest Latin fighter of all time and greatest middleweight, not Duran or Hagler.

Very well thought out, and I respect your opinion, but you are wrong, my friend. I guess your think George Mikan could hang with today's NBA centers, right?
