Maybe Ward should grow some balls and leave his home town once in a while and then I might give a **** about what he has to say.
I dunno, it would be a terrible fight to watch, but ward is a rough fighter. I think Froch would at least match him in this regard, nobody roughs Froch up
I think he'd fight quite differently to the Green fight, he'd realise Froch would have more of a chance in a rough fight & box him from the outside like he did at times with Kessler. One of the things I like about Andre, very good at fighting in a couple of different ways
I agree with you there, he can be a tidy boxer, but if he tried that one two hold style on Froch I think he would be out hustled
In fairness he didnt really make any derogatory remarks about Froch,did he? He talks to much. He does! We all know that, its what makes Froch entertaining as well as his fights.
I'm a big Froch fan but anybody with speed beats Froch at this level tbh If Dirrell fought against Froch like he did against Abraham he would have overwhelmed him It's crazy how he kept his hands low against Kessler when he was taking shot after shot straight down the middle to his face. Against somebody with real handspeed his face would be a mess. That arrogance/need to disrespect his opponent will be his downfall I think if he fights Ward Against Abraham though I can't call it. I'd even tip Froch to win it
Few eggs short of an omelette is Ward by the looks of it. Maybe boxing-style isn't the only thing he has in common with Bernard Hopkins.
