Leeds and Cardiff did me proud yesterday. Good results for you lads Grant and Beeston. I'm on the Newcastle draw and West Brom to win for the rest of the weekend's fixtures (as well as a cheeky £2.50 on 1-0 Villa, Heskey goal) in the PL. West Brom seem over priced at 6/4 given the season's results for both teams so far.
Yeah I think west brom are good value I just have a sneaky feeling after a decent start the wheels are gonna come off. I'm on newcastle- Sunderland draw,Liverpool and athletico Madrid treble.
The wheels are going to come off at some point but I think it's a few weeks off..... Blackpool aren't the team to set them on their way. I'm going with the draw in the Newcastle vs Sunderland game.... and History FC to win later.
Gavin Rees 4/6. Anyone seen much of Watson? Not sure I've ever seen him. :think Not much quality on his record.
He's a good boxer is Watson, certainly a bit of class about him and he can box on the back foot which is needed against Rees. Check out his fight with Ben Murphy, who is similar to Rees in terms of style. But, he's also vulnerable and was almost stopped in the last round of the Gethin fight. I'm backing Gavin Rees to stop him in rounds 10-12, which is at 16/1 currently.
Ha just read my post missed out that I meant blackpools wheels are going to fall off,I'm betting west brom to win myself.:good
Cheers Kos. Good shout. He does look a fairly tidy operator. I think he shows class when he's given time and can compose himself (watched a couple of other fight clips) but despite his ability to box whilst moving away he doesn't look all that comfortable under pressure. He doesn't seem too good at getting out of the way either. Too many straight lines. Late stoppage could be a decent shout given that he hasn't been more than 10 rounds and Rees is unlikely to let up. Will have to do a bit more research before the fight. Noticed his trunks were very Hatton-esque in that Murphy fight. Is there an association there? (. . .Nice ring girls at the start of the Murphy fight too :yep)
This tip reeks of homosexuality but what the hey, i'll post it anyway. Just finished watching X factor for the first time this season(seriously,no homo) and Cher Lloyd is 6/1 to win the show with skybet.
I know what you mean I only watch auditions, and I was messing about on PP during the week and she was 9/1 which I thought was bit big. So I ask the Missus(who watches it every week) if she had a good chance, but she couldn't give a decent answer. So by the looks of it I've now missed the 9/1!
