So, what I'm thinking, is this:

Originally, I believed that Pacquiao facing Margarito was a potentially dangerous idea. I still considered Pac to be a pretty clear favorite, but I wouldn't have bet big money on him winning.
But then, episode 2 of 24/7 went COMPLETELY overboard with that whole "Pacquiao is distracted" angle, so much so that I have a hard time taking ANY of it seriously. That dude sitting there at the end of the episode, shaking his head and going "I don't know. I don't know..." - that actually made me wince, it was so over the top.

Why, then, are they working SO HARD to make a biased presentation? Give me a couple of hours, and I could re-edit that same 24/7 footage so that it looked like Pacquiao was the hungry one, and Margarito was the one playing around and hanging out at the beach, not focusing.

    What do you guys think?
Has the latest episode of 24/7 made anyone else think that Manny isn't distracted AT ALL? Does anyone else think that latest episode has backfired and instead made them believe that Pacquiao is going to win?

i didnt see anything fake about what ariza and roach were saying. Roach has been the saying the same stuff in other interviews as well (bad training camp, etc). It may be being played up a bit by HBO, but I guarantee there's some truth to it.

When they were asking Pac what he was doing Friday and Pac kept playing dumb and not telling them anything I started to think. In the past he never skipped training so what the hell is he playing at going to Vegas mid-camp?

He also looks a shadow of himself on the pads at times. Maybe HBO are showing the '****' parts of his training to keep it interesting. Pac skipping training though, that's a fact.

well i believe you'll see a good pacquiao against margarito, but he'll still have a tough fight because margarito is a very big tough fighter with tremendous workrate. pacquiao is very involved in politics, which i don't like when regarding boxing because you should be focused 100% on the fight.

Roberto Garcia came across very well.

The rest was the typical 24/7 build up.

Roberto Garcia seems to be a very likeable guy and a good trainer, I look forward to seeing if his work amounts to what he claims, should be interesting.

Too much switching in between camps. Like every 2 minutes, they'd change it up the Margarito camp and then Manny camp.

And too much unnecassary ****. Keep it to the Boxers and specifically the training and Boxing, but then again, it is made to appeal to Casual Boxing fans more than anything..

This is why I like 360 more.

Yeah I thought that. I also liked Azira, he seemed a lot cooler than I expected him to be.

There is NO truth to it at all. They say the same old **** every training camp. Pacquiao will be as spectacular as ever. This bad training camp bull**** is exactly that BULL**** to try and make things sound less predictable and more exciting for the betting man and the casual fan.

Pacquiao will be brilliant on Nov13th as usual

24/7 is completely phony/overproduced. Everybody knows that.

If a prizefighter loses because of distractions, he deserves it.
