I really dislike David Haye but reports of sparring are always dubious and should be regarded with caution. Could Tony Thompson drop Haye in sparring? Sure, I would not even be shocked if he knocked Wladimir Klitschko down in training. However, without knowing any of the context much less whether it is true it is hard to put much stock in it.

MUCH better fighters than Haye have been dropped in sparring.

he could have got him hard while throwing himself, been off balance or having a bad day.
Doesnt matter, its what happens under the lights on fight night that counts, and much as i dont think that much of Haye, Audleys been sparkled by Sprott, beaten easily by Rogan and is completely underserving of a title shot.

Harrison is probably just looking for any hope that he can get. Just cause Thompson may have dropped Haye don't mean that Harrison will. Haye is still gonna smash on him.

i absolutely believe this. Thompson is THE MOST UNDERRATED HWT TODAY. THis guy is a tricky and smart lefty with excellent size and reach but he has a knee problem. He gave Wlad his toughest fight with a bad knee. Thompson could beat Haye in a 12 round fight and it was an unprofessional error by haye's team to pick the underrated and very hungry Thompson as a sparring partner.

Haye wouldn't last 5 rounds with Wlad, Thompson lasted 11.

Thompson is underrated. He makes a very good and hard fight against Wlad.

Again, it just states that Harrison "heard" that Thompson decked him a couple of weeks ago. Even if he did, what does it really matter? I mean, it's sparring. Thompson has a fair dig so it's not beyond the realms of possibility that Thompson did deck Haye, but so what?

I've been a critic of Haye over the past few months but I can't wait to watch him annihilate Harrison.

Never listen to anything said during training camp. They want to create a bigger buzz, like Pacquiao vs Khan.

He sure did. Wlad respected him. before that fight Wlad was dominating opponents with his left. he wouldn't even throw a right until he 4th round against Byrd. But Wlad was on his toes and threw the right early vs. Thompson, he knew he couldn't play around with Thompson who is tough and smart and talented but hard to promote into a star.

Harrison's really starting to get on my tits now. He's constanlty blabbing about Haye's defeats to Carl Thompson and even Olandier Solis and he just sounds ridiculous. Now this bollocks.

He also had this to say recently:

"If you look at the history of David Haye, and his fights with Orlander Solis and Carl Thompson when he has been put under pressure in the past he hasn't come through."

WTF?!? First of all that's not true, the Fragomeni Mormeck fights being the best examples. Secondly, talk about the pot calling kettle black! Whenever Audley's been put under any pressure he's buckled like a twig, and against far weaker opposition. And who the **** has he ever beaten?!?!

I hope Haye retires him in style.
