I was unbeatable til i killed my opponent---

    I was truly unbeatable at or near my weight. Until I tragically killed my
    opponent. Prior to the tragedy i Kod 39 opponents, and the trauma of
    that incident never allowed me to ko anyone after that..I am considered
    one of the very top fighter in my weight...Who was I ?

    No, to all above, especially Malignaggi.
    My guy fought many bouts after but psychologically held back his power punches.But still licked his opponents...

    I don't think Hector Thompson was ever world champion, he was the first name the popped into my head as well.

    I'll take a guess its someone who fought a lot earlier than that

    Was gonna say Lou Ambers but he lost a couple of times before his fight with Tony Scarpati, nor did he knock out that many guys.

    Yeah, I read that comment afterwards. I also thought it was 39 in total [now I realise Ramos had 40].
