I don't like Rios but he has an exciting style, he's good to add to this undercard because a lot of people don't like him because he acted like a jackass on 24/7 and some people do like him and his style. he seemed like a dick on 24/7 but I mean, he's trying to get Margo in the mood and of course he's going to agree that Manny is a "*****" even though he probably knows straight up that he's not, it's just hype and personality. **** Margo though, Rios is acceptable

Mexican has nothing to do with it, look at the way he fights. He's not afraid of mixing it up, even while getting nailed low he sucked it up and didn't loose focus. That's what makes him hard.
see, the thing is, everyone thinks Rios is a dominator now. he hasn't really beaten anyone at the top besides Peterson (who was shown to be weak-minded and couldn't stick to a simple game plan) and while yes, Ortiz failed to stick to his game plan against Maidana and paid for it, he has looked better since and I think Ortiz could stick to his game plan and I think could in fact outbox Rios, Rios appears to me to be very limited, though exciting
