How long has David Haye been walking around with Wlads WBA Belt?

Haye beat Valuev AND Ruiz. WBA rules stipulate that any fighter that defeats Valuev and Ruiz will be awarded the WBA belt regardless of who the current champ is. The newly crowned champion will then be required to fight consecutive defences against, you guessed it, Valuev and Ruiz.

Which is why WALDO could never be called the true WBA champ as he has shamelessly ducked SNV and the quiet man for years. He probably offered them crap contracts or something and pretended it was their fault the fight didn't happen. He strikes me as that kind of a person.

Valuev is without doubt the greatest of the recent heavyweight champions. It's obvious.

Take any argument you like about the 2 brothers, and Valuev trumps every single one of them.

Never been KD? Check.
Never lost by KO/TKO. Check.
Fights in an extremely awkward manner, evolving from his size advantage? check.

And his 2 supposed losses have been MD's. So, he's never conclusively lost.
Unlike the 2 brothers who have failed to see the final bell 5 times between them. Valuev has always been there at the end.

 

Almost as long as SNV did.

 

One of only 2 men to take the murderous Haye the distance too, I'm not sure how to work out the percentages on that but I bet if I did most of the Klitschko fans would explode.

SNV is still the man to beat, Haye has done it, the Bitchko sisters are still dodging....

Never behind on scorecards: FAIL

 

I think Wlad was behind on score cards, when Sanders shatered his egg chin over and over again.

 

Chagaev didn’t defend his title against mandatory’s for two years because of his HIV infection.

That’s why he was stripped and Valuev fight against Ruiz for the vacated title

 

Finnish authorities claimed that Chagaev had a problem with his blood test. Valuev was offered the option of going through with the fight if he was inoculated. However, Valuev never got back to the officials with a decision, so the fight was called off. Valuev literally forfeited the fight.

 

Commission wouldn’t let him fight in Finland because he failed pre fight medical. He obviously was still suffering for same blood disease he got years ago.

Valuev was ready to fight Chagaev year before that test, but Chagaev didn’t go through his mandatory defense and pulled out, claiming he has a bad case of AIDS.

By your logic he ducked Valuev then and literally forfeited the fight.


Because he was unable to defend his title against single mandatory for two years, he was stripped from his title and named champion in recess. Position that would give him instant shot for the title, when his HIV get cured.

After his lay off he first failed the medical and before WBA could decide what to do about the situation, he decided to fight for another sanctioning body’s title.

That’s why he lost his position as champion in recess.

All that time the real champion however was Valuev, who won the vacant WBA title against Ruiz year before that.

 

Haye did not earn WBA title, but Chagaev did, then Vlad beat Chagaev. Haye did not beat Valouev and it was not Valouev's belt anyway. Haye is a fraud.
