Because he is a good commentator, says it the way it is and gets you involved with the fight....

So he made a silly decision and I'm sure he will pay for it but let bleeding dogs lie and move on, he has.

Briggs should not be commentating because he's a stain on the sport...now the fact that he did commentate and made somewhat of a clanger....well he should just get on the phone and apoligise to junior...whoops!...end of story....my beef is he shouldn't be there to begin with.

People are becoming so sensitive these days with the political corrections that go on. It wasn't meant to be a derogatory comment from Briggs about Jnr as he was giving him a wrap on how tough he is to hurt. Its a mole hill made into a mountain. I think personally Briggsy's last performance in the ring & his immediate forgiveness by the boxing world by a ringside commentary role on a big card is the real problem here.

There's always a positive in every situation....Green now knows he can't control everything and Briggs will retire to the outside of the ring, perfect :deal

Lets get back to the topic of boxing, not me and my life!

I like Paul Briggs commentating, oh and Green learnt a very important lesson.

    **** all hippies!!!

Too much time on my hands
Too much salt in my wounds
Too much pain in my heart
    Too many things to regret
    I've been thinking
    The cause of my confession
    I've been thinking
    The cause of my oppression
    I've been thinking
    What's causing my depression
    I've been thinking
    Because of my depression
    Won't do that change again
    Continuous lies never end

I'd hate myself if I thought like you
I'd have to hate myself to do the things you do
    Cause I ain't like you
    I ain't like you

    Too much getting no where
    Too much waiting to see
Too many lies have been told
Too many things thought in my head
    I've been thinking
    The cause of my confession
    I've been thinking

    The cause of my oppression
    I've been thinking
    What's causing my depression
    I've been thinking
    Because of my depression
    Stand up small hypocrite
Your full of lies your full of ****

I hate myself sometimes that's true
But I can't hate myself enough to be like you

    I ain't like you
    I ain't like you
    I ain't like you
    I ain't like you

    Dirty job rearrange
Smoke it up just taken change
    I can not hate myself
I can not hate myself enough to be like you

Taylor was given the right to a fair independant hearing before he was sacked.

As for Brett Stewart, it further proves my point. Imagine if the NRL had barred him from playing straight up? Actually, in hindsight Manly probably would have wished they did because as it turned out, he has only played a handful of games since the allegation (due to season ending injuries) and Manly then could of sued the NRL.

He was stripped of being in an ad though, but he was still allowed to continue his career and earn money.

    :deal Exactly.

Far too many people make a big issue out of racism these days. If you call someone a racist kiddy fiddler, most people will stop and say... "I'm not racist."

At the end of the day nobody suffered more from that disgraceful event that Paul. I'm all about forgiveness and I hope his life gets better and he looks after his health. He offers more incite than most journo's who've never been in the ring, let alone had some of the wars he has had.

    Good luck to him
