Everybody is pissed at Dirrel, but where is the outrage over Kessler?

because ward and dirrell spent months bitching about the conditions of the fight. where it would be held, purse splits, talking publically about their friendship then out of the blue dirrell is not fit to fight. hey i think he's genuinely injured but people are going to question when it's appeared you've done your very best to weasel out of this fight in the glare of the public eye.

 

About the driving with double vision: Kessler has said, that he only has double vision, when his head is tilted in certain angles.

Kessler would make a LOT more money as a WBC worldchamp with a fight against Green,who is the weakest opponent in super 6.
IF he would come back,he will be CHALLENGER facing a much stronger opponent than green,for a LOT lesser money.... Why the hell do that???

 

This is a stupid thread. Kessler should not have fought Froch so soon, but he did, and after that fight his eye looked like something out of a horror film.

 

Tell me about it...Its making the debate more interesting listening to these clowns pick and choose on which injury is legit..They act like they got some inside info or some ****!

 

Kessler was cut badly by a Ward headbutt, the fight got stopped on a ****ing TD! and the cut got opened again in the froch fight. as far as miranda goes it would be another KO loss but palle (kessler OLD promoter) was a **** in every way.......the German Frank Warren if you will. everyone who knows boxing knows Kessler TKO against Miranda is pretty much the only way that fight would go

No he wouldnt, he wouldnt make half as much money fighting green as he would battling the undisputed supermiddleweight champion whether it is froch abraham or ward.

allan green would presumably be his easiest fight not his biggest nest egg.

What makes you think that he would earn more facing green then the winner of tournament.?

i assume you agree that kessler vacated and faked injury in his best interests.

 

Fair enough you had me there but Ward was a black horse ( and i still say ward headbutts and holds more than bhop ) but miranda doesnt have the chin or skills of ward. Kessler rips **** out of miranda

 

To answer your question, I can see why some people may feel that way...Cant argue that, but with that being said, we don know how he was feeling during all of the negotations...We dont know his exact symptoms.

If my memory serves me correct didnt Kessler pull out after having a scheduled fight with Green?? And before you shoot off, I'm not saying that Kessler is ducking Green. My point of me bringing this up is that Kessler may have felt he was good to go but he's had the injury to reoccur...Thats my same point with Dirrell if you understand my point.

And thats what I'm trying to get somebody that honestly feel this way to give me a better understanding as to why somebody can say that Kessler injury is legit while Dirrell is acting like a *****..If both injuries have been well documented, then why cant the public eye just accept his claim without all of the backlash.

And for the record...I've defended both Kessler and Dirrell from clowns that are saying they're faking an injury to get out of fights!

 

Kessler is a euro fighter. It is expected of him to pad his record and avoid risky fights.

 

i dont how it's done over there, but here, if you want to be a cop for exemple you need to have perfect eyes. So for exemple, I need glasses to drive a car and I dont have any problem doing it, but I will never be accepted in a police school because of my eyes problem. I'm not a doctor, but maybe Kessler's injury is about the same. You can live your life no problem, but if you receive big hits on your eyes it can worsen it and even loose visions or sights.

Anyway, as I already state in another thread about Direll's injury. I'm no doctor and I'm even less Direll's own doctor. So I dont understand how people can without a doubt, say if a fighter is injured or not. It goes for any injuries of any athlete in any sports.

Good post especially the last paragraph, alot of these posters have never fought or even trained in a gym yet call professional athletes, even top level contenderes and world champions pussys bitches and cowards amongst other things without realising that those same fighters who they critisise because of their personal feelings and not proper ones that they have overcame many hurdles and overcome thousands of others that have tried to walk in their shoes.
