He's saying both their excuses are laughable. Kesseler... says he has double vision but then he gets into his car and drives home. In the states, you got double vision, you will get your license suspended etc. Maybe they do things differently where Kesseler is from, but um well anyways... his driving around with double vision is either an example of his incredible ability to adapt to said double vision or he's full of !@#$.
