It makes sense. It is honest. Any and all trainers would be trying to get their fighter back. No fights equal no money. Trainers on that level don't just train for charity. To say anything different is a lie.

You weak clowns are so used to sugar coating words you can't speak like men.

How many of them put in the time it takes to get a guy to the elite level fighting on Showtime as a headliner?

The FACT is that if you want to coach kids or adults for fun? Free is fine. If you are coaching a guy round the clock? There has to be monetary compensation.

Once again another ignorant point... Back to the cave you go.

ok fair enough you're right, i was speaking about amateur coaches.

BUT dirrells coach needs to be shot dead for saying what he did, imagine angelo dundee forcing ali to fight on?

Shot for what? Telling you the truth? Should he have made up some nonsensical scripted BS for guys like you that like to believe in the fairytale honor, courage, warrior, gladiator, etc... narrative of prize fighting? It is a business and Dirrell is his meal ticket.

Forcing? More like telling a guy the truth of his situation, "You are a nobody. You stop fighting now you might as well hang them up and get a coaching license. Get your ass in the gym we are going to fight." Shot/hurt/unprepared fighters get in their all of the time. How do you think Ali is like he is? Roach? Toney? Jones? Holyfield? Hearns? Boxing is brutal on its BEST terms.

Good thing we have "real fans" like you calling guys with talent out when they have injuries. :thumbsup

no he shouldn't have said ANYTHING at all, he should be shot in the back of the head for what he said, a fighter is supposed to be able to trust their coaches, we know he's willing to risk the lives of people to fill his pocket. scumbag.

It ain't about "trust". If you could "trust" someone they would tell you to pick a different profession.

If you are on Dirrell's skill level it makes sense to delay. If you aren't? The issue becomes murky. That is the truth.

You like your "truth" candy coated. Gives us a window into why you say a lot of the crap you do.

Interesting. I might go check one from before that I missed also, there. The newest one comes on Showtime in an hour, though.
