Ouch. That might seem like a big hit but if its something like Pascal-Dawson or a potential Bute-Ward fight, I might just take the hit and go there myself. I haven't been ringside to a fight in a very long time and it might be time to go back.
Haha, sounds good. I might as well do it too since I do not see myself spending an even more enormous amount of money to fly to Vegas and buy ringside tickets there.
500$ was only the ticket , i had to pay another 500$ for 3 days at the hotel+ 200$ gaz since i'm leaving 8 hours from MTL + 200$ of alcohol! I'm far to be rich but i just love boxing!
I wanted too but i'm still waiting for a fight that worth it  I did pay 250$ for Bute-Miranda though :nut
I didn't have anything else to pay exept the rent.... but now i bought i new pick-up truck so my budget had change a little.
D How many big fans of boxing, rather than Bute haters, would you say were in Montreal who would support Ward against Bute, like Philla?
It's difficult to gauge his true ability and see what intangibles he may have with his level of opposition. For ring mag to have him as number 1 super middle is just ridiculous after he knocks of people like Brinkley. Like i said i like him, the boy can fight and in fairness to him most of the best comp. at 168 are tied up, but i just think he's been protected and is being even undue props before he's achieved much to right home about. Oh and Andre Ward is the most complete and best fighter at 168, he's certainly more deserving of that title then Lucian.
I'm a huge Bute fan and have seen all his fights and Ward have the perfect style to be hurt by Lucian who's a hell of a counter puncher, especially if the guy comes forward. If Ward use the same strategy than in the Kessler, Green fight...his liver will not survive 12 rounds. The guy that would give a LOT of problem for Lucian IMO is Andre Dirrell. Don't forget that Lucian liver punch is used in a defensive purpose when the guy comes forward. That is not Dirrell's case. As for comparing Lucian and Tyson...I do not agree. David Lemieux is the one that reminds me of Tyson!
