Floyd and Mosley had no problems taking the same tests, why does Pac??? cause he's a CHEAT.

Pac was gonna fight Cotto in a rematch, but when Cotto requested that Pac take steroids tests before the fight, Pac declined to fight Cotto.

(if colleges had never existed, there would be no AIDS, and no nuclear radiation. Thats a fact)
