Overrated greats in order.........

If you're going to call Kostya overrated, at least spell his name correctly. Also, with regard to Hagler (you said flame away) **** you, you ignorant dickhead.

 

I agree on Jones... After that I'll leave you alone to get torn apart by the ESB'ers...

 

My thoughts ? I think somebody wanted more attention than needed.

 

Kostya career is difficult to appreciate if he is after your time and you just look at boxrec but during his reign all his opponents were highly thought off and he dominated some good fighters.

 

Why did you edit it? Afraid of your own poor reasoning?

 

What happened to your balls? You should have left your original list up.

 

Aaron Pryor....Don't get me wrong the hawk is probably one of my favs but people like to act like SRL ducked him when clearly SRL had bigger fish to fry and probably would have waxed the floor with him. Additionally, the main reason for rating the guy as high as most do is for his best win, which is clouded with suspiscion and anyone being honest with themselves has to think that he probably cheated. The rest of his career was good wins over mediocor-bad opponents.

Fair enough, but I don't really like these threads. I have nothing against you, it's simply that I like to read about a lot of old timers like Marciano, Ali, Dempsey, Frazier and I don't like to see people try to discredit their resumé without having seen them live. What's the point of doing that ? It's the history of the sport we love ! Baseball fans should respect Babe Ruth, hockey fans should respect Wayne Gretzky and we should respect these boxers.

Ya I thought it was a good list...dude made some decent points and I kinda agreed with most of it...oh well...thread over....loks like I'll have to find something else to distract my ass from doing work.
