I need to look up some of those work outs because they look pretty intense. I recall seeing a vid with Amir Khan doin some interesting training that I wanted to do, just work drains all my energy.

Okay. Then allow me to explain. Things that are closer to you appear to be larger than when they are far away, even though they are the same size. Thus, when Pacquiao is leaning forward into the camera, his head, which is closer, appears to be larger compared to the rest of his body.
