Do you think Danny Green will beat Flores?

I have been in contact with the IBO on this and its a mixture of home and away judges and a USA ref :deal

Ref is USA....Judges USA, AUST and Belgium....sounds fair to me :hi:

 

havent seen much of Flores and his inactivity is a concern but Greens last 3 fights havent been much length wise either.

I will only believe it is at the cruiserweight limit when they stand on the scales. I am VERY sceptical that Green will fight a decent genuine cruiserweight who will weigh 210/215 come fight night.

 

The fact Green chose Flores is my concern - how seriously can we take any of his opponents anymore. We'll see though on fight night whether Flores is the real deal (which is hard to tell at the moment as I really don't recognise a whole lot of scalps on his record)

Id be surprised if Flores could come in to far under 200...So I dont reckon he signed on to such terms.

He has only been under the limit a couple of times and he was a 201 amateur 10 years ago.

Havent seen a hell of a lot of Flores but he seems solid in just about every department whilst not being exceptional in any of them...he will be the bigger man in there.

I honestly think Danny could lose this one, as I really cant say how he goes against a fair dinkum cruiser in a fair dinkum fight where he has to go a few rounds.

This all smells a bit fishy to me....Dont get me wrong, i'd love to see a nice long 12 round slugfest, But I think danny & bj have met up for negotiations & dannys basically said look mate help me out, fight hard for 5-6 rounds & then drop off so i can drastically TKO ya in the 10th.....Heres a couple million cool??

I think Greens just looking for a quick redemption after the Briggs fiasco, & then its back to fighting the usual rubbish.....Time will tell, and i hope i'm wrong!!! For gods sake i hope he doesnt fight cameron next :blood

If this fight is at the genuine Cruiser limit then Green could be in real strife.

Flores is a great bet here considering those odds.

 

Flores comes across as the real deal legit cruiser, but were you seriously impressed by Flores' pad-work in that video Ash?

 

Yes I was for a few reasons...

1. Nice jab...strong and fast...not a range finder but power and accurate
2. Nice left hooks and uppercuts
3. Good power straight right...and doubles it with power
4. Moves his feet before he punches
5. 200lbs
