the wbo belt is now recognised as more prestigious than the ibf belt due to the ibf stripping its champions and making crazy rankings giving chumps unworthy positions.

take a moment to compare the belt holders of both belts in all weights for last 4 years you will see where i am coming from.
I am sure Juan Manuel Marquez,Amir Khan Manny Pacquiao,Klitchko,Juan Januel lopez will agree with me compared to
the ibf's Steve uss Cunningham,K9 bundrage(cmon) Cloud and Bute
apart from bute they are ranking American fighters that are undeserving of there ranking based on world rankings.
Interestingly they also sanction the usba belt.

Khan's a wba titlist, not wbo. Bradley has the wbo and although he's top dog in the division, that's mainly because he had the wbc as well. Pacquiao in his entire career has held a wbo title for less than a year combined. Marquez has one at the moment, fine. Klitschko also has the IBF which counts for more.
I can't think of a major champion who mainly defended a wbo title when they were at the top. Not one and don't say Calzaghe or Eubank ffs. Look who they were defending it against. If you want to downplay the IBF or any of the other orgs, then great but there's no point in picking out another belt to replace it/them.

The WBO is the least pretigious of the 4 IMO.

Primadonna Kool... you're giving scousers everywhere a bad name.... and that's saying something.

I remember when i went to Haye v Mac there were 3 silly little scousers thinking they were hard waving their arms about like a bunch of pratts which reminded me of that program with the scousers giving it 'calm down calm down'. They spent the whole night shouting Enzo was going to KO Haye and as soon as Enzo started doing the chicken dance they disappeared... funny as ****

calzaghe defended against lacy, kessler(unification)as well as winning eubanks wbo crown to say look who eubank defended against is not looking at the man and his achievments properly. as for joe calzaghe who i admire there are a few tomato cans there but defences are defences that cannot be disputed.

i you read my post i said in the last few years khan has held and all have defended the wbo titles so why would you say they havent. I aint knocking any organisation or trying to belittle the achievments of great sanctioning bodies which i have lots of respect for but the fact remains that over the last 3 or 4 years the wbo strap has become more prestigious due to the failings of the ibf would you disagree that k9 bundrage is better or deserves his rankings compared to the wbc wba wbo all rankng fairly? is uss steve cunningham really as good as his ranking suggests?

its just my opinion btw just like you have yours

Yes it's your opinion and I have mine and I'm just voicing it like you're doing. keep your knickers on, don't get your hair in a twist etc.
The point I was making is the wbo has no lineage. Eubank defended it mostly against soft touches as did Calzaghe, those two just happen to be the most prominent fighters I can think of off the top of my head who held it for any length of time.
And your own examples really aren't very good. Khan won an inter-continental wbo title in that farce of a fight with Barrera and never defended it.
However what I really believe is that the man maketh the belt, not the other way around. It's just that I can't think of a single occasion where a wbo champion has been the clear cut top guy in a division.
Also, most importantly I've compltely against people recognising four titles, three is bad enough.

Anyway, the only reason I posted anything in the first place was that you suggested that the wbo along with the wba and wbc were recognised as the big 3 titles by most people and that is just out and out not true.

where is the relevance of three arseholes at a fight happening to be scousers??
and regardless of whether you agree with what primadonna is saying or not how is he "giving scousers a bad name"?
nobody speaks on my behalf except me regardless of their place of birth.
it's as ridiculous as me saying you are giving people from london a bad name by making a **** of yourself with posts like that.it's nonsense.

Lol i wear boxers knickers only get to my thighs shhhh. as for it not being true how can you say that? provide the forum with top ten curent ibf champions and then compare them to the wbo.

What is true is that big fighters only need the belt that makes them the most money. so we can agree to disagree.

ibf current ratings coughs at why the better belt can assign a no1 or 2 me thinks its because they arent trained or based within the united staes like most of there current ranked fighters. this is my point

NOT RATED 2 NOT RATED 3 Tomasz Adamek Poland 4 Eddie Chambers United States 5 Samuel Peter United States 6 Ruslan Chagaev Uzbekistan 7 Chris Arreola United States 8 Jonathon Banks United States 9 Odlanier Solis Cuba 10 Robert Helenius Germany 11 Denis Boytsov Germany 12 Alexander Dimitrenko Ukraine 13 Derrick Rossy United States 14 Maurice Harris United States 15 Tony Thompson

wbo rankings not much better but more international and truely reflects the hw boxing world based on performance
