    Pernell Whitaker and Floyd Mayweather although seen as defensive specialists can also do it all in the ring imo. Pernell is definitely complete whereas with Mayweather he only ocassionally flashes his offensive side but he has got the capability if consistency is not being brought into the argument.

    Mayweather at 130 was a complete fighter. Awesome fighter. Sadly, his balls don´t match his talent.
