Saturday zab will get knocked out and hopefully we wont have to put up his crap any longer. He's been done for several years regardless of the stuffed animals he's beat lately.
It's such an intriguing fight. Judah has the experience, but is also known to be vulnerable to a big puncher. Matthyse has never shown that same vulnerability but doesn't have the top-level experience. Both have recently displayed explosive power and looked really, really good. It'll be a quick KO either way - or, if each can take the best that the other can dish out for more than a couple of rounds we might have a FOTY candidate. My confidence in the Argie is growing by the day.
Lucas is much better than Walter. It's comparable to the gap between Manny and Bobby Pacquiao...seriously.
He's been on TV many times (mostly Spanish-language stations). He destroyed Rogelio Castaneda in their rematch. It was absolutely savage. Hell, he's destroyed just about every opponent (although the stoppage of Harris is considered to have been way too quick, a'la Calzaghe-Manfredo...but just like that fight, Matthyse was bulldogging him even if he didn't have him ready to go just yet).
Must be why I haven't seen much of him. Yeah the Harris fight was stopped very quickly in my opinon, but he probably would have taken him out sooner or later. Should make an interesting fight sounds like! :bbb
Yes, thank you. i am really looking forward to JML vs Rafa Marquez and you just peaked my interest with this fight also. I didn't realize Judah had a credible fighter in front of him.
Hell yeah he does. I like Zab and have wished him well in his comeback (and he's looked great so far) but in all honesty I have him as the underdog here despite the official bookies having him a 2/5 favorite due to Matthyse being so unknown. Both guys can bang like hell, but only one has shown chin issues. Zab's faster, but Lucas ain't slow. They are both gonna get hit - and it will be interesting to see how that plays out.
