No i'm not. But I think theres a big issue made out of khans chin.Probably is suspect but he has good skills. Which boxer doesnt go down if is hit clean with a hard shot. I wouldnt say maidana has a iron cast chin either. He went down a couple of times in the ortiz fight. But if he loses will his career be considered over. It will take goldenboy time to build him up again but wouldnt say its over for either.
Nothing, he will not b the first, and probably will not b the last either. Khan has alot of potential and could and should b a very solid pro, just like Norris was.
he would still be a threat. look at nate cambell he lost against some journeymen. but even if u put nate cambell against the number one fighter in the division it wouldnt be safe to bet the house on the fight at all.
How can there be a big issue made of his chin? Face facts the kid has been down 5 times against mediocre opposition: Craig Watson, Michael Gomez, Willie Limmond and twice against Prescott.
All that didnt happen in pros and ok it still counts. But hes doing well. Is a world champion at 23 and looks like he could possibly dominate the division. He will grow even more as a fighter. I see people rating a lot of journey men who are a lot older and experienced and think khan deseves some credit. Do agree he could be a punch away from a lot of this collapsing time will tell. I think he can beat maidana. Even if loses wont be finished but it depends on how he loses. Same goes for Maidana
You don't know what you are talking about kid. Gomez, Limmond and Prescott all knocked him down in the pros. GTFO of here you don't know what your talking about *******.
Its easy to say that again is an opinion that doesnt agree with yours. We will see whos right on dec 13th. If khan wins you will probably say he will get found out from bradley/alexander who also have been exposed
You said Khan never got knocked down in pro fighting. Are you sticking with that? As far as i know Craig Watson dropped him in the amateurs the rest did it when he turned pro. Are you disputing that fact?
Everyone knows he got K.O by prescott thats where all this chin stuff started. I said all of them didnt happen in pros. His skill has developed, yes he still has a suspect chin. But one loss shouldnt end a career. Thats upto the fighter to come back from it.
Only one of the knock downs didn't happen in the pros and that was against Watson. The other knock downs were in the pros. Which part of that are you finding hard to grasp? And can you please enlighten us how he has developed? Taking into account he hasn't fought a puncher since Prescott? Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease
He's only been k.Oed once in the pros. He has gone down a few times. Like I said so has maidana. So it comes back to will his career be over if he loses. We have different views on this. The only way we will find out is when they fight in dec. I think they bith have what it takes to beat eachother. But khan will pull this one off
he would def not be the same fighter anymore...ghosts would surface and his big plans would be jeopardized
The way that Khan and his loving fans have been talking, hell be able to glide around the ring like a ghost all night long without getting tagged by Maidana and knocked out. Ive seen pretty much all of Khans fights and Ive seen enough to know that he always gets tagged hard sooner or later. Khan will get tagged the first time he comes at Maidana and tries to land one of his right hands or some of his combinations. And when that happens, I see Maidana flattening Khan and leaving him on the canvas. Sorry guys but you can't train a chin :hi:
