I'd love for this to take place...but seriously with the shinangence that took place today at the WBC conference I'd not holding my breath on this one...and **** why King can't take step asside money is beyond me.

I think King has nothing to say if HBO wanted this fight.

please, not here. Dont talk about Adamek chances - everyone knows Adamek would be an underdog. Moreover, it's the only way Adamek fights for a belt, so stop that bs :good

Winning 10 rounds is not exactly trouble, and Grant was a decent opponent. I'd rather see K2 fight Grant than the likes of Briggs.

Bad move by Adamek. He should allow Vitali to face the winner of Austin-Solis and then swoop in for the belt once Vitali retires next year.

Adamek wants to be champion, not sit on the sidelines and wait the easy route. Come on man. Now is the time, win or lose.

I don't understand how King is involved in this.

And why's that? Grant was inactive/fought club fighters same as Briggs. I like Adamek, I just don't see him winning.

I'm an Adamek fan. I don't want to see him get the **** beat out of him by Vitali. That's an absurd mismatch. Adamek v Chambers/Haye/Chagaev/Povetkin/Solis are much more realistic bouts. Adamek v either Klitschko will only result in his career being shortened and a trip to the ER.

No that's not right. Boxing is a business and a chess game outside of the ring. Its all about making the right moves, and fighting Vitali now is the wrong move for Adamek. If VK is not going anytime soon then his best bet is to track down David Haye.

Except that Grant would beat Briggs without a problem.
