man cintron needs to rematch williams man. that looked like it was gonna be such an amazing fight. i mean even though he fell out the ring. maybe the guy faked it maybe he didnt (i personally think he didnt fake it) He was winning the fight CLEARLY outlanding williams and was wining the fight. NOW IM NOT SAYING CINTRON WOULD WIN. I cant judge the whole fight off of just those 3 rounds which in my opinion cintron was winning. theres 9 rounds left and williams is an amazing boxer so its not impossible for williams to wear cintron out and drop him in the 9th or 10th. BUT if cintron kept landing those god right hands its not impossible for williams to get knocked down once or even twice giving cintron more rounds. whether yall think cintron is a ***** or not for fallin out the ring and loosing to margarito (who possibly had bricks as handwraps) yall cant deny that we missed out on a great fight. a couple of months after williams vs martinez fight happens cintron and williams should rematch. Here are my figures. Williams UD 10 percent. williams KO 25 percent Williams SD 20 percent. Cintron KO 10 percent. Cintron UD 25 percent Cintron SD 10 Percent now WITHOUT BEING BIASED WITH THINKING CINTRON IS A ***** skills vs skills how would the rematch play out.
the man is still a top contender. and can get any fight with any1 in his division. unless he gets beat by a few prospects. any fight he gets would be on HBO.
I'm not a big fan of Cintron's whining and crying but I don't think he dove out of the ring. I also think he would knock Williams out. Should that fight happen however? Probably not, I'd much rather see a sort of 154 tournament involving Cotto, Foreman, Williams, Martinez, Margarito and Berto or Kirkland.
Berto is a welter though. if there was a 154 lb tournament cintron would definetly be in it. and angulo would be in it too.
Berto has fought as high as 160 and I don't see him doing anything at 147 until Pacquaio and Mayweather call it a day. Even then there are no major fights for him until the current crop of welterweight prospects make a name for themselves or the current crop of light welterweight champions makes the move up. I'd much rather see him fight good solid competition at 154 regularly and I can see no reason why he couldn't come out on top. Angulo has a loss to Cintron and I wouldn't put him in just yet. I can certainly see him making waves once the tournament is over.
i think you are the only one intereted in that fight, the punisher is on to the next one.cintron has to earn a spot at the top again.
How can any opinion not be biased without thinking Cintron is a *****? His questionable heart is a major factor in how any rematch would play out.
well a guy with no heart wouldnt beat a man like angulo. look cintron aint my favorite fighter but yall cant deny that hes a solid boxer.
Not no heart, that's not what I said, just a lack of heart to win tough fight that are going against him. He is a solid boxer, but if Williams took him into deep water, which I think he would, I couldn't see Cintron digging deep and getting the win.
if cintron fought the way he did in ALL 3 of those rounds. it wouldnt be impossible for cintron to win. keep in mind im not being biased considering that i gave williams more of a chance of winning. but yall cant count cintron out.
