If Margo doesn't "throw' the fight and beats Pac, he'll never fight in the US again, and will be stuck fighting in Mexico ro anywhere in the world, but the US, and HBO wont ever televise.

If Margo wins, Oscar wont get him licensed in the US, and Margo's career goes downhill.

You and many just cant see the light.

 

That doesn't even begin to make sense.

Firstly, he's already licensed in the US: In Texas. They can't just suddenly revoke that without good grounds; Margo would take them to court and win. You can raise questions about why it was granted to begin with, but that's a different issue.

Secondly, Margo's license has not been re-granted in California, or anywhere other than Texas, so there are no consequences that you can threaten him with that aren't already in place right now.

Thirdly, WTF does Oscar have to do with it? GBP have a minority, non-executive share in Pacquiao. A judge decided that they are owed a small slice of his earnings (which Arum reputedly still hasn't paid as there's a court-case pending), but that's it. They don't control anything about him, and they don't control anything in Texas. The worst they could do was **** and moan in the hope that he didn't get relicensed in Nevada and Cali, but that's already the case.
