It'll be very interesting to see how everything falls into place taking into consideration your new knowledge about training, nutrition etc. I haven't been round professional fighters in the UK since 2002 but I reckon you'll have huge advantages over the majority of fighters because of what you've learned about conditioning work and nutrition. Diet wise I'm trying to get at least 150g protein but stay under 1950 cals.... its not too enjoyable to be honest mate. Mainly protein drinks.... th odd snack here and there and nice healthy dinner. Don't think i'm getting enough fruit. Using Diet Coke as a appetite suppresent which is working suprisingly well.
Pissed off, diet and training on hold till my tattoo mends. Should be good to go at some point this week then i'm building towards feb.
