He got hit with a good clean shot there, but actually I think he took it pretty well, he only slowed down a bit and took a breather but he wasnt closed to going down. I think it actually shows his chin is good at 147.

That has always been my question normally you could call it a 9-9 round in that sense but most score it 10-8 in favor of the man who scored the knock down..
if Fighter A drops fighter B with a shot, But fighter B won the round up until that point its up for debate...
But what about the ten point MUST scoring system? that would mean fighter B who actually won the round should get 10 points while fighter A who only scored a knock down should get 9
However we dont live in that world... The 10 point MUST system isnt what they claim it to be.

Didn't look that hard, just caught him off guard as he was walking in...he didn't expect it, that's why he recovers so quickly. Cotto didn't put much into it, it doesn't seem like it anyway...if he had hurt Pacquiao there, he wouldn't have went backwards.

It's comparable to the first right hand Mosley got on Mayweather, but I believe the 2nd right hand what Mosley landed was the harder shot, by some margin.

Margo has some pop and he loves that hook and his uppercut... Manny is entering a real fight! Excited! Never saw that shot either, thanks for the video!

That punch reminded me of the flush left hook that De La Hoya landed on Mosley's chin in round 7 (or 8) in their first fight. The hook looked devastating, but Shane just shrugged it off and kept coming.

Thats what i was counting on. I knew Cotto could outbox Pac if he fought cautiously. It was stupid of me to think Cotto would not trade with Pac.

    I should have never bet...

This is why I layed down at +475. I keep saying that if Margo never wrapped in his career and he can fight at the same level of the Cotto fight I do not see Pac winning. IN fact, I see him getting beatdown.

He probably took 40 of those punches by Cotto and didn't blink. Margo pre-Cotto would have walked right through Paq and KO'd him.

    It could happen November 13th.

That bout would have been competitive if Cotto didn't lose his head...he actually did lose his head, everything went out the window and he tried to match Pacquiao's speed with his wild swings.

I'm not seeing anything remotely close to a KO punch there. It's more like, oh you hit me?

the thing about predictions like this is that you can't go wrong. If Margo wins you called it and if he loses you just say that he was wrapping his whole career and can't fight at the same level of the Cotto fight.

It was a good punch, but Pac was simply bending at the waist, like he does... preparing for an exchange and Cotto danced away. Pac wasn't hurt at all.

Knocked out?, come on. Saying knocked down would be too much.
