Audley is definately not good enough to be challenging Haye on paper. However, if he comes in and backs the words on his video then he may make it exciting. If he fights his usual scared self then it will be a one sided beat down in 3 rounds.
Think about it: Haye said he was about to take acting classes. This entire charade with Harrison is just part of their acting school. They're playing their dumbass Brit fanbase and love every second of it. At the end of the day the idiot Brit boxing fans get a disgraceful **** fight that would belong on free TV but the Brit dumb fans pay good PPV money for it and Haye and Audley bank a couple million in cold hard cash. This is as good as robbing a bank!
Audley won't be scared. That's not in the script. As long as they stick to the script they've prepared, everything should go great. I think Audley and Haye will both put on great performances.
I'm very curious and would like to know why people hate audley so much. he's not an ass and keeps trying to become something. if anything people should feel sorry for him :huh
My favorite part is when he starts shouting "the new heavyweight champion of the woooorrrrllld!" and multiple people in his camp all scream "wooooorrrrlllld" along with him.
I have to agree with you. At first when this fight was even mentioned, Haye said he would not fight Audley. Now the fight is going to happen. You very well could be right. Good post. Peace
Audley is doing a good job selling the fight - but he's talking himself into a beating. Haye is going to be too fast for Harrison in this fight and will most likely stop him late. From an economic standpoint the Harrison fight makes perfect sense right now since Audley is at a career peak - but still looks very vulnerable. If Haye didn't fight him now odds are that Audley would have lost to someone else and the fight with David Haye would have come off the table. To borrow an old George Foremanism - Audley is whistling through the graveyard.
