all these years down the line and still no book. :-( time for steve bunce to start pestering big ears to get it done. he certainly has a tale to tell. :yep
I was due to write it a long, long time ago. I did a deal with Naz - it fell out of bed. There is still time. Adios.
It is certainly unbelievable that this has never happened. I suggest part of the reason is that Nas knows that he did not make the most of his career, and there are some negative stories to tell on him losing the hunger for the ring (not for the buffet cart), which due to his big ego will make this very difficult to get approved by the man himself. Maybe a sycophantic autobiography maybe released at some point. But an objective one, while he is still alive, with his ego, I dont think so. Anyway, an exceptionally gifted fighter and entertainer who gave us some great nights of boxing. What he did do in the ring I enjoyed immensely.
Here's how an autobiography would read: "I was top, better than anyone ever, I knocked out heavyweights, I was awesome, I still haven't officially retired, did I mention I knocked out heavyweights in the gym, all praise be to allah."
why not? prince nas was in boxing at one of the best times in british boxing, he has many gym stories from here and america.
I THINK NASEEMS BOOK HAS ALREADY BEEN WRITTEN HENCE THE BARRERA LOSS. NASEEMS TOLD LARY MERCHANT :hi:
