There could be a measure of truth there, in some of the things he said. But, the fact remains, Manny has NEVER agreed to what Floyd has asked. So, you can't use Manny "agreeing" to explain Floyd's reasoning. It's a flawed argument from the start, based on a misconception. RJJ does not have all the facts.

so how do you know that manny never agreed? floyd can just say that but he instead said that he was on vacation. the cut-off was not an issue, it was his urge to fight pacquiao.

Well I just interviewed Danny Green on the phone right now and asked his opinion of Floyd Mayweather to which he replied.

    "He isnt even a Canine"

How is this flawed when your bff Floyd said: "If manny is being true to his word about his stance in the proposed negotiation then expect us to meet and eat him next year"

This statement means Floyd was amenable to manny's stance but still elected for "the next year cop-out" and take his vacation. Can't you still see the ducking there? Oh well you are hopeless. :patsch

Roy is right considering Floyd's actions how can he not be afraid ? Not to say he fears him but what is keeping Floyd from fighting Pac? Money ?

They would make the most money out of any other fight !! Blood Testing ? From whats been reported Manny will agree to what ever Floyd is demanding ..The only thing else is what wight it will be at ..Floyd needs to make a move !

The issue has always been the testing. Even if Floyd had the "urge" to fight this year...Manny did not have the "urge" to do what was asked of him. So, the result is, essentially, the same as the first negotiations. Except, this time, instead of Floyd taking on the better competition, while Manny takes on lesser opposition...Floyd took a break, and Manny signed to fight Antonio "I saw your last two fights" Margarito.

Some of you Floyd haters are using the vacation thing as a crutch to veil the fact that Manny has an issue with tests he does not have some measure of control over. If he did 7 days, he can do NO CUTOFF. But, not having a say over how the testing is conducted, is, apparently, an issue for the Congressman.

As I said before...RJJ does not have all the facts. He has admitted to following this saga just like every other fan. Therefore, he does not know anymore than you or I about what is going on. And, obviously, he WAS NOT aware, as of that interview, that Emmanuel did not agree to fully randomized testing. Though, I'm no certain that would change his opinion.

Team Pacquiao has agreed to testing and cutoff date is 14 days before the fight. That means complete random blood testing. Floyd asking up to the night of the fight is complete bull****. Mosley and Floyd didn't even get tested 14 days before they fought.

Try to spin that one off.

You Pac fans never cease to disappoint me. First of all...that is NOT a direct quote from Floyd, as far as I know. And if it is, where did you read or hear those EXACT words? Please...enlighten me. I'm, honestly, not aware of exactly where or when he said that. If you are paraphrasing, please state that, and do not try to pass off your version as fact.

My assumption is that is YOUR interpretation of what Floyd said on that video. And, you are off base, IMO. His exact words I recall were...."He's (Manny's) gonna take the test." Now, consider the context. Was he admitting Manny agreed to all terms needed to make the fight OR was he saying Manny WILL take that test...kind of like if I said about something you are not amenable to..."YOU WILL DO IT (whether you like it or not)"? I believe the latter is much more likely, considering the entire history of this ordeal. If I'm wrong on that, I have no issue admitting that I am wrong. I just doubt that I am.

If Floyd pursues this fight, desperately, AFTER Manny loses to someone, I will be the first to admit, that was his intent all along. But, if he decided to take a break (after fighting 2x in one year already) and he, actively, pursues the fight against an 8 division titleist in Manny, next year, there should be nothing left to say.

Lets not forget that Hopkins declared Floyd the greatest boxer of this era. That has to get under Roy's skin.

Heard/Read this recycled argument A MILLION TIMES. First of ALL...according to Manny's manager Micheal Koncz, they AGREED to A 7 DAY CUTOFF, this time around, or I guess you could say they put that offer on the table. Where you been?

Now that we have established that...you should do your research, and you will find the VERY FIRST request made by Floyd was NO CUTOFF. 14 days was HIS compromise on his own demand to attempt to accommodate Manny back in January. Manny did not want to do that.

Floyd states on May 1, in front of at least 1.4 million viewers..."NO TEST...NO FIGHT". Meaning either Manny would agree to the level of testing that Floyd and Shane did, or there would be no fight. Again...where you been? I'm willing to bet, Manny watched that fight...and heard those words uttered, by Floyd. He knew what the expectation was, PRIOR to any further talks.

Has Manny agreed to that yet? NO. Manny has only ever OK'd any scenario that involved him KNOWING when the testing would begin and end. And each option he presented was at least a week prior to the fight. Why?

True...Floyd and Shane stopped giving BLOOD (not urine) about 18 days out. No secret there. That was not THEIR decision, it was decided by the testing agency, w/o the fighters' knowledge. The element of surprise was not compromised.

What Manny wants is testing to end when HE wants...not when the agency has completed THEIR testing, on THEIR schedule, up to the fight. That is NOT FULLY RANDOMIZED TESTING....that is fully 'MANNYFIED' testing.

didn't they bring in scientists to assure the coward that the testing at 21 and 14 days would be adequate?

then didn't it come out that Mosley was tested 18 days before the fight and that was adequate?

so Pac agreeing to 14 should be good to go. Pac even agreed to 7 and from what i read, up to the day of the fight. floyd is still in hiding and will not discuss it.

floyd is scared. simple as that. floyd keeps drawing new lines and Pac keeps marching forward and agreeing. Floyd jsut keeps on running away.

run floyd run. it's not like he's suddenly going to stop running and say, Okay we got a fight,.
