I wonder if he was trying to start something..This part was taken from spanish news report on the weigh-in, for those who can't read spanish, it sums up basically that weigh-in went fine without any hitches, except a scrum happened between Celestino Caballero and some members of Team Lopez. According to Caballero, he was pushed to the ground by PR heavyweight Victor Bisbal and also Jonathan Gonzalez. Caballero says "It's a shame, I was appreciating a grand event and like a sports fan, this was not good.":

La ceremonia de pesaje parecía que culminaría sin mayores contratiempos, sin embargo, se desató una escaramuza entre el púgil panameñno Celestino Caballero y varios miembros del bando de López. Según el propio Caraballo, fue empujado por el peso completo puertorriqueño Víctor Bisbal al igual que el aficionado Jonathan González.
"Es lamentable ya que estaba apreciando un evento y como deportista eso no está bien", reaccionó Caballero.

LMAO Juanma needs bodyguards to keep Caballero away. Too bad for Juanma they wont be in the ring tomorrow to protect him from getting destroyed.

Juanma sicks his bigger friends on Caba haha doesn't suprise me, he probably **** himself when he realized his worst nightmare was there to jinx him at weigh in. Juanma might have nowehere to go but Caba for a decent money fight after Marquez beats him tomorrow. He probably had people all over the audience keepin and eye out for caba.

i just interviewed both jeff mayweather and pelenchin about this. unfortunately i missed it. but i am writing them up now. the story is a little inaccurate. pelenchin was not pushed down. he never hit the floor. and the incident was started by a guy in the crowd who was pissed when pelenchin made a hand gesture to juanma about signing a contract to fight him. then some little guy with a napolean complex couldnt handle it. it is obvious from this forum alone that puerto ricans dont handle confrontation well. the rest will be up shortly

actually it was a little guy that wanted to go at pelenchin. the big guy was just holding celestino (to keep them apart). neither pelnchin or jeff knew who the little guy was.

my favorite part was where pelenchin was supposedly quoted as saying he woulda brought his "panamanian crew" with him if he knew there was gonna be a problem. the only panamanians he knows here is my wife, 2 of her friends and some old ladies. i doubt they would have done too much damage

Caballero & his 2 worldwide fans can go find something to bring to the table & then come back.

I reckon the sight of Caballero at the weigh-in helped JuanMa make weight. He must have shed at least 6 pounds down the john immediately afterwards..
