He's a small welter. His handlers then believed him to be a JWW that should be fighting in 140, not 147.

But should it even matter? Cotto stays in shape and his last fight, he was 146. Are you really telling me that one pound would even make a difference in their fight for someone like Cotto?

Pac actually wanted Cotto at 143 if there's going to be any fight at all.

It was Pac that accomodated Cotto at 145.

:good.....though at times I get the impression that there was a gun pointed to Cotto's head.

I didn't lose anything, except for the long held assumption that championship welterweight fights were at 147lbs. :patschBoy was I wrong.

Come on... anyone who doesn't admit it was to cause him to work harder and drain himself down more is lying.

anyone who doesn't wanna admit that Pac asked for a catchweight because he was moving up from JrWW is just trying to discredit him.

Did he ask for a catchweight against Clottey? No. Why not? Because Pac wasn't moving up from JrWW.

then he moved back down to 140, genius. So he was still moving up from JrWW when he fought Cotto.

    lmfao

Are you seriously going to try to say this was the reason Cotto had to weigh 145?

"he's bigger than me, he's stronger than me"

Who do you think the catch weight is an advantage for? "for me"

He admitted it. Freddie admitted it.

They wanted him to drain more weight because they thought he was too big.

He admits it with Margarito too. Freddie doesn't even want him to weigh 151.

Stop being a zealot fan and start accepting **** based on facts.
