I always use SkyBet. If you don't have an account with them and you are going to be betting quite heavy on Casey then I would open an account since new customers usually get a free bet anyway. Then close it after the fight if you wanted.

This difference between 5/2 and 2/1 is only quite big if you're putting on a few ton. In my case- if Casey loses I won't be needing the wee lady to stand on the street corners in a short skirt anyway :hi:

If you open the account, you have to make a deposit of somethinbg like €20 to receive €20 worth of free bets,
but with the card you make a deposit with be it Visa/Mastercard/Laser, you can withdraw the money/winnings onto the card on into a bank account but both takes about a week to transfer over

think i'll be puttin a few pound on paulie to win on points handy, jus dont think willie has the skills to beat him and theres only so much raw agression you can use before ye get found out by a boxer, still i cant wait to get down there, the atmosphere is goin to be unreal, and hopefully the two lads give everyone a great fight and something to look forward to when the winner gets to avenge bernard against kiko early next year!

allright lads - skybet is good because there is no minimum bet.
Betfair is a minimum of 4 euros but usually slightly better odds because your betting against other people as opposed to a company.

Paddy power do nice little promotions sometimes as do Boyle sports.
best thing to do (assuming your not addicted to gambling) is have an account with all 4 and split your money between them. I use betfair the most because you can be the bookie yourself and take bets from people by "Lay" instead of "back". which is very intersting indeed.

I'm still pinching myself at the thought of two Irish boxers contesting the same European title. Thanks to Brian Peters and RTE, southern Irish boxing has made a dramatic transformation from the bad old days of virtually no professional shows, to what is now a vibrant boxing scene. Long may it continue.
