Word... cause he didn't deny it... And if he had denied it, it would have only proved how insecure he was about his sexuality (i.e. mentally weak).
I can afford to be mentally weak. I'm not stepping into a ring for a World Heavyweight title fight next saturday in front of millions. Its all relative. Haye is mentally very strong - compared to your average person. But once Haye comes up against the likes of Audely and the Klitshckos thats when you will see if there are any weaknesses there. As far as I am concenred - Haye has shown his mental weakness - by bottling out of fighting Wlad - when fighters like Dereck Chrisosa - just step up to the plate - no problems.
Since he signed to fight David Haye. I was Audelys biggest critic - when he was **** scared in the first Danny Williams fight. But I really believe - he dug deep in the 2nd Sprott fight. And he really psycolgically speaking sees fighting David Haye - as just beating up his kid brother whos got too big for his Boxing Boots.
He does that here - he gets dominated and knocked out. He knows that better than anyone. This is sink or swim - all on the line. The same way Danny Williams against Tyson - he knew he would get destroyed if he was his lazy old self - losing decsions to Julius Francis - he fought out of his skin and knocked Tyson out.
Obviously Still on a different level to anyone Danny Willliams had beaten before. Danny - just like Audely - was seen as a guy with real world class potential - but for whatever reason had failed to live up to that potential with poor unspiring performances and lazy losses. It took a dangerous - high chance of getting knocked out fight - to bring the best out of Danny. Just like Audely I believe.
Haye has proven to be mentally stong in fights on numerous occasions, whilst Audley has demonstrated exactly the opposite for the vast majority of his career. I don't see how Audley's engaging in normal fight promoting talk somehow gives him the psychological upper hand.
Well the true test will be on the night. We will see the body language of both fighters for ourselves. yes - Haye has been much more impressive - but I sense he is uneasy about this fight
Mate no disrespect to Audley, but can you seriously see him keeping up with Hayes speed? and his power... He rocked big Valuev, if he can rock him he can certainly put Harrison on his ass!! G
