****in hell you blind idiot. No way in the world will Flores be able to weigh-in at 200 lbs. You probably also believe Danny Green when he says no one at cruiserweight can live with him and that he might have to move up to heavyweight for a challenge. Seriously your blind if you believe this fight is for a 200 lb weigh-in limit.:roll:

Green says that the limit is 200 lbs.

Seems like alot of people think he's lying. If he is, then a complaint can be lodged for misleading and deceptive conduct at the Office for Fair Trading or the ACCC.

The ACCC provide us a wonderful service too, don't they JB.

It's the ACCC we can thank for petrol prices never going up just before long weekends.

Oh, and the ACCC made sure we didn't get an interest rise not in keeping with the Reserve Bank's recommendations the other day too.

Bet they'd be a real asset in helping determine whether Dannyweight is likely to apply in a boxing match.

    thats true. good point.

but he hasnt said the limit is contracted at 200lbs. He said in one interview that BJ will probably come in at 90kgs but the words probably are not a definite....

Personally, i reckon its at 200 and that bj wil come in at 200. But we'll find out in a weeks time. Dude you're the blind one if you think that the recent pics of flores suggest he weights a pound less than 200. If it is indeed a catchweight then Dan rafael hit the nail on the head when he said he will probably come in at the cruiserweight limit and just pay the pissy fine.
And as for the other cruisers, definitely not. Green gets starched by all of them.

Yeah, the ACCC is largely impotent even though it has the power to take a breach through the courts. It can, however, influence the conduct of a corporation to ensure future compliance.

A private action, in the Federal Court or Small Claims Tribunal, can also be taken if you have no confidence in the ACCC.

Or we can simply do nothing and have a whinge on ESB about it.

Id say they would have reached a compromise that allows BJ to weigh in approx. 195lbs.

Since his 2003 pro debut BJ Flores has only twice weighed in under the 200lb limit (199,198lbs) so there's no way he'd be able to drop safely below 190lbs for his first fight in more than a year.

Green's ideal weight is 185lbs (as his two bouts in 2010 suggest) but he may choose to bulk up a little extra for this fight. Green has never faced an opponent as big as BJ and will have to overcome a height and reach disadvantage as well as the weight difference that could be as much as 30lbs come fight time.

With that in mind (Green possibly bulking up to 190lbs) I'd put my money on a 195lbs catchweight. At this weight BJ Flores would have to drop 5lbs from his optimum weight of 200lbs to 195lbs while still holding a 5lbs advantage over Green at the weigh in.

with kobe claiming another ring :hi:. im actually loving the knicks this year aswell , stoudemire and gallinari will carry them through fairly well to the playoffs. i think chris paul is marginally better than rondo but those two are definitely in a league of their own

Mate im a huge Knicks fan & when they get Melo next year hope they slaughter Miami for many years to come & never let LeBacle win a title!!

Tough D is what matters post season & thats what will lead the Celtics & Lakers to the promise land with hopefully some revenge laid out hehe.

Paul is top top quality just doesnt have the players to do damage around him like Rondo does. Paul is a better shooter no doubt, but Rondo's ball distribution could be the best seen since the mid 90's.
