I think Pac wins this fight, but I'm getting a feeling it's going to be more competitive than I initially expected.

What if Pac can't hurt/stun Margo early on like he did to Hatton and Cotto?
What if Margo walks through Pac's punches and keeps relentless and consistent pressure, cuts off the ring and goes to the body?
Pacquiao can't really fight on the inside, and I don't see him out-wrestling the bigger Margarito anyway. Can he stay on the outside for 12 rounds and not get trapped on the ropes?

thats exactly how i view it to, still thinks he will win a 8-4 decision but he needs to be carefull and fight smart.

    IF.

This can all happen, but Pacquiao's speed will just nullify all of that from happening.

I pretty much agree with your sentiments. Until I see Pac actually hurting Marg, there is a GREAT chance that Marg can just walk him down and get enough body shots to TKO Pac in the later rounds.

He is the bigger and stronger version of Hatton.

    I think it's actually a mismatch in Margarito's favor.

It will be a war, blood everywhere. Pac will probably be cut and Margo's face will look like a lopsided soccer ball.

It will be competitive till Pacquiao starts to dominate and bank rounds with speed and movement.

    yes he can

we know Roach will give him a damn good fight plan

Margo like the others will get ovewhelmed by the speed and combinations and will resort to trying to cover up when being attacked allowing Pac to move in and out freely without being punished. People think they can walk through the assault and corner Pac till they start getting repeatedly punched in the face....then shyt changes and they are lost.....look at Oscar,Clottey, Cotto....all pressed Pac comming forward....all got beat like an audio store.

I agree. Margarito is just bigger and tougher tough, also takes a damn good punch, which means that if you're right we're in for a savage beating. Should be fun to watch :D

Part of me think think that he will stop him like Mosley did, but then another part thinks it took him 8-9 rounds to stop David Diaz... It may be, maybe not but Im pretty sure he will win. Margarito can make it really ugly. IMO Berto/Bradley type of fight would have been much easier, they dont present that unknown variable coming into the ring. With Margo it can be very easy but theres a chance that he will simply be too big, too tough.

Most think if Margo is gonna come on, it will be later in the fight when Pac isn't as fresh and isn't as speedy.

Here's the bottom line: Tony is HUNGRY and I don't think PAC has that same kind of fire in him with everything that is going on in his life outside of boxing. I believe if he (PAC) was fighting Mayweather, he would have taken this fight a lot more serious and trained a lot harder. Size matters in any sport, so I think Tony is going to surprise a lot of people, but will he WIN? I don't know....can he make it competitive, of course....I have Pac winning, but I won't be surprised if Tony shocks the world....
