I think you're wrong...Rafa was getting hit because he was not able to use both hand effectively to connect his punches. His fracture definitely changed the course of the fight. Do you know what is having fight at this level and having pain, not being able to protect yourself . Your risking not only the fight but your life. Rafa deserves our respect.

I dont need to... but the one laughing right now is arum and juanma... people now are buying into the rematch deal and saying if marquez was healthy he couldve won... there shouldnt be any rematch after that fight the beating marquez took it doesnt warrant a rematch... but watch by next yr marques will say he's healthy again and rematch will be made and everybody will buy it

    :hat

Freddy please STFU!!!!! You're biased as they come when it comes to mexican fighters. Marquez did stunned Lopez with the left hook in the 4th round but after that Lopez keep telling Marquez "Come on bring it on." And then Lopez is throwing punches back at Marquez. And then the ref break it up. FOR ONCE!!! STOP BEING A BIASED MEXICAN FIGHTER FAN OK???????

I think Marquez injured his shoulder in the 7th or 8th round.

no rematch was needed. I suppose he could have caught Juanma but he was clearly overmatched. Still a great fight but Rafa lost damn near every exchange.

I gotta admit I wondered if he was faking it, and I had no problem with him looking for an out to be honest with you. He was taking a brutal beating that was only going to get worse.

So why you worried about Rafa getting a rematch then?

If it was such an easy fight and still is then why would u be against it. Fact of the matter is JML was actually stunned during the fight Rafa never was even though he took more punches.

It almost sounds like you are making excuses so the fight shouldnt happen. I pick Rafa in a rematch with a healthy shoulder.
