If Pac Boxes Floyd, Pac Loses; If Floyd Trades with Pac, Floyd Gets KTFO'd (?)

  1. A gas attendant told me this today (he saw a pair of EVERLAST miniature boxing gloves on my rear view mirror).

    Thoughts?

I don't think Floyd gets KO'd if he trades. I still think he has a pretty good chance of winning because he is so accurate. I think he can catch Manny coming from angles where he might be slightly off balance and could score a knock down from a well timed accurate punch. Anyways if they trade I think its a toss up. Most likely Floyd would box and trade in spots. He will have to because of the sheer volume of Pac.

i think floyd gets knocked out either way. Pac can do whatever he wants to floyd. once a fighter is intimidated, he can't win. floyd is intimidated.

It's not a sure thing for either one either way. Floyd isn't featherfisted and can dish out meaningful punishment when on the offense (if tempered in volume), while Pacquiao isn't the one-dimensional slugger everyone thinks he is.

Floyd can take hits well and hurt fighters with punches.

Pacquiao can stick and move and set traps with angles.

PAc can't beat Floyd under either scenario. Pac isn't big enough, strong enough, smart enough, nor talented enough to beat a fighter like Floyd.

Floyd doesn't need to trade for Pac to beat him. Pac can outwork him. Floyd isn't in his element when he's fighting southpaws.

Whether you are southpaw or orthodox, Floyd beats you. PAc can't utter those words...

have you ever boxed sammydavisjr? also, im sure i read things from cus d'amato explaining how a fighter automatically, especially in the early parts of amateur fighting, looks at an opponent, thinks hes bigger, more muscular than himself ect ect. INTIMIDATING himself? that means your going to lose untill you basically look at everyone and deep down 100% believe your going to win him? obviously not. fear is your friend. sometimes i read through this forum and wonder how many people have a clue because more and more people pop up with wow and bizarre comments.

Pac would rather fight instead of talking about beating somebody up. Pac is a Reality fighter while Floyd is more of a Fantasy fighter.

Keep your Money. Floyd doesn't have any intentions of fighting Pac.
