That wasn't a cutoff, that's just when they stopped testing. It's random because you don't know when it will take place and it keeps you on alert. Pacquiao could agree to no cutoof and not get tested until 3 weeks of the fight

I was wondering if Pacquiao had done enough compromising and Floyd too little compromising. I then wanted to know your opinion (the ESB community).

That's the reason why the Mosley Floyd fight ended 18days prior. It has to come to an end at a certain day. Floyd wanted all the way up to the fight which means like you said, they both can be tested all the way up to fight night which has been proven unnecessary.

Manny has compromised enough to get a pass from the media and general public. If Floyd said random with no cutoff, that's what it is. Floyd didn't take any of Manny's demands and try to change them to work for him. They both had requests, Mayweather accepted and Manny didn't. That's all there is to it.

More than enough! Floyd just doens't want the fight for whatever reason. I know what it "looks" like as to why Floyd is ducking this fight but it's all speculation. Plus.....PAC agreed to ALL the demands and there's just no getting Floyd to do his job in the ring with PAC. It's ultimately his choice so what can we do?

Most definitely. After insulting him, falsley accusing him of PED use and dragging his name through the mud, Floyd should be grateful for Pacquiao even settling for the 21-day cut-off.

I'm not African American, and I disagree with your position. It's irrelevant if you believe they tried to destroy his "reputation", in fact a case could be made that his "reputation" isn't that great anyway, but that's not the point. The point is that aside from the childish "he hurt my feelings" stuff, the bottom line is the man refused to subject himself to top level drug testing, I don't see why that has anything to do with what anyone else says or does, this was a personal choice that he made. So to "blame" PBF for Pac's choice to not submitt to the standards of USADA, is just not accurate.

Within that 18 day window where testing didn't occur, it could have occured, Floyd doesn't want "testing" up to the fight, he wants the possiblity of testing up to the fight, essentially he wants random testing done, no more no less.

Good point, PAc is acting like his feelings are he needs to file a defamation suit. Imagine if PAcquiao asked Floyd to take random tests and Floyd some some bull**** like "Oh no, I'm afraid of needles and it'll weaken me. I'm not taking it"

He literally agreed to every demand made by Pac's camp during the first negotiations. What's odd is everyone wants to focus on the last "negotiations", where it was a clearly one sided process, ignoring the legitimate negotiations that occured prior to PBF fighting Shane in which Team Pac, blatantly worked against the fight being made. This is clear to see for anyone who tries to see; they decline blood testing, they walk away from the table, they were dishonest in reference to the reasons why, they violated the terms of the arbitrator and forced him to have to publically correct their story. The fact that PBF was willing to go to arbitration demonstrates his willingness to make the fight happen. NOW you have this idea that Pac agreed to this and Pac agreed to that, as if it's some major concession...why were the concessions not made when both parties were actively engaged in negotiations and the there was a realistic chance of the fight being made? Floyd's camp didn't walk away from or close the door on negotiations, Pac's camp did, then IMMEDIATELY signed a fight with Clottey. It's not about spin, this is clearly spelled out and readily available for anyone to see, if you choose to acknowledge the information readily available.
