With the big exception of the indestructible defense part... Prime Ali always had a horrible defensive style... He is lucky he had such excellent reactions and such a great chin. Still, he would have minimized the trips to the canvas he took during his career if he had actually maintained a guard instead of keeping his hands at his hips. For example, he would never have been floored by Cooper if his guard had been better... Ali was a great boxer with a great skill set, but his defensive style is one of the worst ever... If he hadn't been such an arrogant ***** maybe he would have listened to Archie Moore and developed a better defensive technique he wouldn't have taken the damage he took. Maybe he would be a much healthier man these days...

You're wrong. So you think Khan has ATG skills, ring IQ, power, etc ? All he needs is a good chin? He's phenomenally fast but that's the only stand out attribute he has. His power is ok, not great. His defense is improving but not impenetrable by any means. His ring IQ is questionable at best. His actual technical skill is overrated because of his speed. You think he could go up 4 weight classes where his speed would lessen with each jump up and dominate simply by giving him a granite chin? I don't think so. You'd be better off taking a more complete fighter and giving him Khan's speed.
